2) I just revoked / deleted the certificate on the Member Center and in Xcode (Preferences -> Accounts) then just let Xcode "fix issue". It generates the private key and CSR, submits the request, and downloads and installs the certificate all by itself. But I do have a simple situation - no multiple teams or anything. YMMV on that part.

But also in the Windows system directly apply for iOS certificate
